Serge Roofthooft
Serge Roofthooft is the founder of clearXperts and is based in Antwerp. He has been a board member of clearXperts since February 2008, served as its managing partner from February 2008 to February 2018, and has been its managing director since June 2011. Since July 2009 he has also been a partner at IMAS Fiduciaire, and in 2014 he was interim CFO at Circet Benelux.
Between February 2007 and April 2008 he worked as an interim manager on finance and ERP projects, having previously been a business manager at Trifinance Antwerp nv from 2004 to 2007. Earlier in his career he was a financial controller at Capgemini from 1999 to 2004, an SAP consultant at PwC in 1999, and a financial analyst at Hewlett Packard Enterprise from 1995 to 1998.
Roofthooft holds a bachelor's degree in Toegepaste Economische Wetenschappen from the University of Antwerp and studied economics and, part time, corporate finance at KU Leuven. In 2019 and 2020 he took a postgraduate programme in financial planning and services at Flanders Business School.
