Simon Esprit
Simon Esprit is a technologist based in Kortrijk. Since September 2025 he has been founding CTO of Ringtime, a role he holds alongside his position as partner and CTO at DALTIX - Retail Data that Works, which he took up in January 2017.
Before that he was an embedded software engineer at FLIR Systems from January 2016 to January 2017. He spent 2014 and 2015 at Altran, first as a junior embedded software developer and then as a junior embedded software consultant, and worked as a system engineer at Skyline Communications from October 2013 to June 2014. He completed his master's thesis at TriaGnoSys between September 2012 and April 2013.
He studied at Howest Kortrijk and UGent from 2010 to 2013, obtaining a Master in de industriële wetenschappen: elektronica-ict with a focus on IT engineering and cloud computing. His stated areas of expertise are Python, Amazon Web Services, systems engineering, engineering management and artificial intelligence.
