Sofie Dhaenens

Sofie Dhaenens is a product owner at Corilus, a role she took up in September 2024. She is based in Gent.

Before joining Corilus she spent four years at TUI as a product owner, from October 2020 to September 2024, and preceding that she was an IT functional analyst at Attentia for a year. She returned to Thomas Cook Group in July 2016 as a product owner and functional analyst, remaining until September 2019, after a spell as senior IT project manager at The Reference. Her first period at Thomas Cook Group ran from November 2009 to September 2015, where she was service manager for e-com West, then service management team lead, then service delivery manager for Channel and Nordics. Earlier she was a service manager at Porthus, worked in marketing and communication at Transposia from 1998 to 2005, held a project management role at Sitel, and was a marketing assistant at Roularta Media Group, E5 Mode NV and Reader's Digest.

She studied economics at Ghent University and completed a postgraduate qualification in communication at the Provinciale Hogeschool Vertalers en Tolken.
