Stef Goossens
Stef Goossens is the CEO of 3E, a role he has held since December 2019. He is based in Blanden and studied at KU Leuven.
Goossens joined 3E in July 2018 as manager of strategic projects before being appointed CEO. Before that he was vice president of the system simulation software division at Siemens PLM Software from January 2013 to December 2017. He spent the previous two decades at LMS, which he joined in January 1993 as a customer services engineer, going on to manage and then direct its consulting services before heading the simulation software division from January 2007 to December 2012.
Goossens has been chairman of the board of Oya Seed since January 2018, having served as a board member there from January 2012 to December 2017. He has also been a board member of HEERLIJCKYT VAN ELSMEREN since January 2021.
