
Stefaan Vansieleghem is a co-founder of HEBIAS, where he has worked in health economics since January 2018. He is based in Ronse.
Before founding HEBIAS, he spent just over a decade at Bayer Crop Science, joining in August 2007 as Regulatory Affairs Manager, moving to Pricing and Project Manager in May 2010 and then to Health Economic & Budget Impact Manager from February 2013 until December 2017. Earlier he was at Sandoz, first as a sales representative from September 2003 and then as a regulatory affairs officer until August 2007. From June 1999 to September 2003 he worked as a scientist at the Free University of Ghent.
He studied pharmaceutical and biological technology at Erasmushogeschool Brussel, took a bachelor in pharmacy at the Vrije Universiteit Brussel and a master in biotechnology at Ghent University, and later completed programmes in company management and in health economics at HUB-EHSAL. He attended Sint-Jozefsinstituut Torhout.
