Stefan Croimans

Stefan Croimans is the founder of Cronos Leuven, where he has been managing partner since August 2016. He is based in Leuven.

He began his career at IBM in September 1999 as an iSeries system operator, becoming iSeries operations team leader in May 2002. From January 2006 to December 2010 he worked in Lotus software sales at IBM and IBM Belgium, and from January 2011 until July 2016 he was an account manager there.

Croimans sat on the board of Leuven MindGate from July 2017 to December 2020 and remains a premium member. He co-founded Brewhouse in 2018 and was involved until December 2023. At Voka - Kamer van Koophandel Vlaams-Brabant he was vice-chair of the Groot-Leuven regional board from December 2020 to December 2022 and has been a member of that board since January 2023. In March 2026 he joined the board of advisors of EXTRAQT.

He studied informatics at Katholieke Hogeschool Leuven from 1997 to 1999, and has since followed programmes at London Business School, the Questrom School of Business at Boston University and GUBERNA, among others.
