Stefan Schoonbrood
Stefan Schoonbrood is the founder of mbarq and is based in Brussels. He has been managing partner of MbarQ since March 2022.
Before that he spent five and a half years at Deloitte, joining in September 2016 as a senior consultant in human capital and people analytics, becoming a manager in people analytics within human capital in June 2018 and a senior manager in people analytics in June 2021. Earlier he was a data scientist at Cegeka from April 2015 to August 2016, and a research intern at the Centraal Bureau voor de Statistiek in the opening months of 2015.
From October 2012 to March 2015 he was a doctoral student at Hasselt University and Solvay Brussels School/ECARES. He co-founded Junior Consulting in October 2010, serving as its CFO and IT manager until August 2012.
Schoonbrood holds a master's degree in econometrics and quantitative economics from the Solvay Brussels School of Economics and Management (2012 to 2014) and a master's degree as a business engineer from Hasselt University (2007 to 2012).
