Stefan Stockx

Stefan Stockx is Managing Director of Enera, Electricity Storage Systems & Integration, based in Liège. He has held that position since June 2010, and since February 2010 has also worked at Enera on international supply chain and as a procurement consultant and interim manager.

He has taken a number of interim and consulting assignments during that period: head of supply chain management at Kapsch Group from December 2017 to September 2018, procurement and supply chain consultant at Eni Energies et Services from April 2014 to September 2015, and team leader sourcing technical at Proximus from November 2011 to September 2012.

Earlier he was Director Global Procurement at Option NV from 2005 to 2010, purchasing and logistical manager at IPTE, and strategic supply chain manager at Flextronics from 2001 to 2004. He began his career at Philips in 1993 as an electrical design engineer, later becoming initial buyer for ICs and then strategic purchasing manager until 2001.

Stockx studied electricity at Katholieke Hogeschool Limburg and took a bachelor's degree and an MBA in business administration at Hasselt University. He later completed certifications at CEFORTEC and the Centre IFAPME Liège-Huy-Verviers.
