Stephan Heberer
Stephan Heberer is the CEO of Ampacimon, a role he took up in October 2023, and has been general manager of H C E since January 2013. He is based in Linz am Rhein.
From April 2017 to October 2023 he was vice president systems at ALTANOVA, a Doble Company, holding an additional vice president role for Doble Altanova systems from August 2021. He had previously been general manager of TECHIMP HQ S.R.L. between November 2014 and April 2017, and before that held positions at Qualitrol, where he was CEO from August 2008 to December 2012 and general manager from March 2009 to March 2011.
Heberer began his career at ABB in January 1993 as a sales engineer for high current systems, going on to manage the retrofit of MV switchgear and to serve as marketing and sales manager and then marketing and sales director until July 2008. Between July 2000 and June 2001 he was a branch office manager at Endesa.
He studied mechanical engineering and energy technology at the Technische Hochschule Nürnberg Georg Simon Ohm, graduating with a Diplom in 1992.
