Stephane Battaille

Stephane Battaille is the CEO of Alterface and is based in Brussels. He has held the role since December 2019, having joined the company in September 2008 as a project manager before serving as chief technology officer from June 2011 to December 2013 and as chief operating officer from January 2014 to December 2019.

Before joining Alterface, he worked as a research and development engineer at the Université catholique de Louvain from December 2004 to August 2008. He studied at the same university, completing a degree in civil engineering, electromechanics, between 1995 and 2001, and also holds a DEA in biomechanics from the institution. He attended the Athénée Royale Prince Baudouin from 1989 to 1994.
