
Steven Everaert
Steven Everaert is the CEO and founder of conneqtr, a company he started in March 2021, and is based in Antwerp. He has also been a mentor at Start it @KBC since November 2016.
In the first half of 2020 he advised S-Biomedic on go-to-market and digital matters, and from June 2017 to March 2021 he was president of the digital board and digital lab for the construction sector at ADEB-VBA. He co-founded Impaqtr in July 2017 and was its managing director until December 2019. Between October 2014 and October 2016 he was chief commercial and digital officer at Mediafin and a member of its executive committee.
Everaert spent twelve years at Microsoft, joining in 2002 as sales manager for Business Solutions, becoming business group director for Business Solutions in 2007, head of the financial sector in 2009 and sales director for enterprise services in Belux from 2011 until September 2014. Earlier he worked at Customer Dialogue Systems, proxis.com and Boston Consulting Group.
He studied commercial engineering with a focus on quantitative economics at the University of Antwerp, graduating in 1998, and spent an Erasmus year at Warwick Business School as well as a summer school at Georgetown University. He attended Sint-Lodewijkscollege.
