Steven Onate
Steven Onate is CEO and managing partner of Oxygen Group, a role he has held since June 2005. Since May 2005 he has also been managing partner of iFacto, and in April 2024 he joined the board of directors of Legal One Xtra.
Before those appointments he spent close to a decade with the Real Software group. He joined ASQ (Real Software - Realdolmen) as sales manager in March 1996, remaining until December 2001, and from January 2002 to May 2005 was director of solution sales and mid market at RealDolmen.
Onate studied at Sint-Jan Berchmanscollege Brussel and went on to KU Leuven, where he completed a master's degree in applied economic sciences with a focus on strategy and innovation between 1989 and 1995. In 2014 he studied at Vlerick Business School.
