Stijn Van Rompay
Stijn Van Rompay is CEO and reference shareholder of Hyloris Pharmaceuticals, a position he has held since 2014. He is based in Keerbergen. Since August 2020 he has been chairman and reference shareholder of EXO Biologics, and he has sat on the board of PE group as a reference shareholder since December 2008.
He was chairman and reference shareholder of ALTER PHARMA from 2012 until December 2017, then served as its CEO from December 2017 to January 2019. Between November 2012 and 2022 he was a board member and shareholder of ImCyse. At Uteron Pharma he was a board member and co-CEO from 2009 to January 2013 and general manager from January 2013 to August 2015, while also serving as CEO of UTERON OPERATIONS from December 2009 to January 2013.
Van Rompay joined Docpharma in 2000 as CFO and was its CEO from September 2006 to November 2008. Between September 1999 and September 2000 he worked at the BBL - ING representative office. He studied economics at the University of Antwerp, completing a master's degree in 2000.
