Stijn Wijndaele
Stijn Wijndaele is based in Gent and has been CEO and co-founder of 24Flow, a shop floor management and production scheduling platform, since March 2020. He was also a Salesforce business expert at delaware BeLux from April 2021 to November 2023, Chief Digital Officer at Behault Mining from November 2019 to November 2023, and co-founder and managing partner of ScaleFactory - Enterprising Partners from October 2018 to December 2023.
Earlier he was corporate innovation manager at The House of HR from 2017 to 2022, development director at Accent Jobs from 2017 to 2019, and Chief Digital Officer at ETF Mining from 2016 to 2019. He worked at ACA IT-Solutions from December 2014 to December 2018, first in business development and as unit manager for enterprise mobility and then as an enterprise mobility expert. He held QA manager and programme manager roles at CloudFounders N.V. between 2011 and 2014, owned Wepstek from 2011 to 2016, and began his career at Nomadesk in 2006 as a junior project manager, becoming operation manager in 2007.
He studied at Katholieke Hogeschool 'Sint-Lieven', Gent, EHSAL Management School, Ghent University and Vlerick Business School.
