Swarnali Das

Swarnali Das is a co-founder and chief product officer of drawify, and is based in Kolkata. Since April 2025 she has also worked as a human resources executive at PVR Limited.

Earlier she completed an HR management traineeship at Purv Group between November 2024 and February 2025, and from 2020 to 2024 she worked in HR administration at Shib Durga Enterprise, also recorded as ShibDurga Enterprise Manufacturer Pvt. Ltd. Before that, from 2019 to 2020, she was a hostess at Taj Vivanta Hotel.

Das studied for a Master of Business Administration in human resources management at Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan's, also recorded as Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan Institute of Management Science, from 2022 to 2024, and took I.R.P.M studies at Bhavans College of Communication and Management from 2023 to 2024, alongside a postgraduate diploma in IRPM at Raja Rajendra Prasad Institute. She earned a B.H.M.S in hospitality administration and management at NIPS between 2015 and 2019, and attended Holy Child International School.
