Tamas Kenessey
Tamas Kenessey is a co-founder of met3r, a role he has held since October 2017. He is based in Budapest.
Between December 2017 and February 2020 he was also a co-founder of NewsGamer, and from January 2017 to July 2019 he served as an advisor to Mindspace Nonprofit Ltd. He worked as a legal officer at the European Commission from September 2014 to January 2017, having previously spent 2013 as a Google Policy Fellow at The Lisbon Council. Earlier, he was a political advisor at the European Parliament, first with the Hungarian Delegation from March 2006 to July 2009 and then in an MEP office from August 2009 to March 2013.
He studied law at Eötvös Loránd University, graduating in 2006, and completed a Master of Laws in Law and Technology at Tilburg University in 2014. He followed this with a full stack developer course in web development at Treehouse between 2016 and 2017.
