Tanguy Pensaert
Tanguy Pensaert is the founder of kwery, a company he started in April 2023. He is based in Gent.
He has founded several companies that he continues to run in parallel. In February 2022 he founded both Pensaert & Partners and Travo, followed by Faktor in January 2024 and Hook'D in June 2025.
Before that, Pensaert worked at FUSE Engineering from June 2019 to February 2022, joining as a recruitment consultant for technical and automation, then covering maintenance and automation as principal recruitment consultant from June 2020, and construction from December 2020 until his departure. He began his career at Back2Buzz Group, where he was a sales executive from 2017 to June 2019.
Pensaert studied handelswetenschappen at Ghent University from 2013 to 2017.
