Tashia Tucker

Tashia Tucker is the founder and chief executive of Olombria, a company she started in January 2017. She is based in London.

Before founding Olombria, Tucker was a designer at Bernardon from 2015 to 2016. From 2013 to 2017 she was an adjunct professor at Drexel University, and between 2013 and 2016 she was a senior researcher in biological design at the university's Design Futures Lab. Earlier in her career she was a designer at The Pew Charitable Trusts from 2007 to 2009, and worked in brand development and design at The Ritz-Carlton from 2006 to 2008.

Tucker holds a Master of Research in architecture, specialising in biological design, from the Royal College of Art, and a master's degree in interior architecture and design from Drexel University, taken through the Design Futures Lab biodesign programme. She earned a Bachelor of Science in business administration and management from Temple University, and also studied at The Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts, Schools of Architecture, Design and Conservation (KADK).
