Theo Heselmans
Theo Heselmans is the founder of xceed and is based in Olen. Since March 2026 he has run Xceed Next as a sole proprietor. He founded Xceed in May 2001 and was its CEO until February 2026, and from March 1996 to March 2026 he worked at EY as a project manager for MS Excel and Power BI.
From January 2010 to June 2024 he was chairman of the Engage User Group.
Earlier in his career he was a senior manager for application development at Vers A Versa from 1993 to 2001, having co-founded Gnosis in 1987, where he headed training and application development until 1993.
He studied at the Katholieke Hogeschool Kempen from 1979 to 1983, qualifying as an industrial engineer in electromagnetics and computer science.
