Thijs Maenhout

Thijs Maenhout co-founded Atumind in July 2025 with Christophe Sabbe as its operational lead, focused on turning more than two decades of Belgian industrial-software experience into a modular Manufacturing Operations Management platform for food, agro-industrial, and discrete manufacturers. He describes his expertise as Warehouse Management Systems, Manufacturing Execution Systems, Manufacturing Operations Management, tracking and tracing, SCADA, and performance management around OEE and KPI reporting.

Before Atumind he ran an independent freelance practice as an application developer for industrial systems and previously founded and ran his own company in the same space, giving him direct exposure to the operational and commercial side of selling production-floor software to manufacturers.
