
Thomas Celen is the co-founder and chief executive of Zapfloor, based in Antwerp. He founded the company in October 2015 and is recorded in a founding role there until April 2024. His stated areas of expertise are proptech, workspace management and SaaS.
Before Zapfloor, Celen spent three years at IBM, joining in September 2012 as a junior SAP consultant and becoming an SAP consultant in September 2013, a business analyst in June 2014 and a project manager from December 2014 until September 2015.
He studied at Lessius Hogeschool Antwerpen, completing a Bachelor of Commerce in business and managerial economics between 2008 and 2011, with a period in 2010 at the Ecole supérieure du Commerce Exterieur in Paris, where he took a Bachelor of Business Administration in business administration and management. He went on to a master's degree in accountancy and taxation at Lessius University College in 2011 and 2012.
