Thomas Couckuyt
Thomas Couckuyt is the founder and chief operating officer of ImmoParse, which he founded in May 2017 and where he is based in Gent. From July 2013 to September 2025 he was also a co-founder of Claeyssens & Couckuyt Experts, and between May 2013 and September 2017 he lectured at HOGENT.
Earlier in his career he spent February to April 2013 as a trainee land surveyor at DEME Group. He first worked at Upgrade Estate as a real estate brokerage intern from February to May 2011, returning as a student worker between 2011 and 2012.
Couckuyt studied at HOGENT, completing a bachelor's degree in real estate on the brokerage curriculum from 2008 to 2011 and a second bachelor's degree in real estate on the land surveying curriculum from 2011 to 2013.
