
Thomas Moerman
Thomas Moerman is a co-founder of aspect-analytics and is based in Brussels. Since February 2021 he has led international affairs at Infrabel, and in July 2024 he additionally took up the role of programme manager for the international transport plan there. He joined Infrabel in May 2016 as advisor for capacity management of international passenger traffic, a position he held until January 2021.
Before that he worked at NMBS Transport from July 2014 to April 2016 as advisor and route manager for the District North-East, having spent the period from February 2011 to June 2014 at NMBS-SNCB as operations manager for international trains. He began his career in September 2008 as a junior criminologist at Cobelguard, remaining there until January 2011.
Moerman studied at the Catholic University of Leuven, completing a master's degree in criminology in 2007 and a postgraduate programme in multidisciplinary forensic research in 2008. He previously followed the economics and languages track at SGC.
