Thomas Rosseel
Thomas Rosseel is the founder and CTO of cloudknife, and is based in Cassis. Since March 2026 he has also been manager of LA CONCIERGERIE CASSIDAINE.
From June 2021 to September 2025 he was director of restaurant operations at PONANT. Earlier that year he had worked as a property project manager at 1894-Immobilier, from December 2020 to May 2021. Before that he spent time at La Villa Madie, joining as assistant maître d'hôtel in April 2018 and serving as maître d'hôtel from January to November 2020. He was assistant maître d'hôtel at Le Chabichou Restaurant from December 2017 to April 2018, and chef de rang at Georges Blanc Restaurant during 2011.
Rosseel studied at the Lycée hôtelier de Tain l'Hermitage, where he took a BEP hôtelier and an MC barman qualification. He also studied at La Ciotat.
