
Thomas Vanhumbeeck is the founder of FixForm and is based in Ghent. He co-founded the company in December 2020 and was its CEO until August 2025, and he has been a shareholder since December 2020.
Before that he was Customer Relations and Business Development Manager at element61 from September 2019 to November 2020. He spent just over two years at Microsoft, joining in July 2017 as an Azure Opportunity Executive and moving to Partner Development Manager in May 2018. He began his career at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, where he was an account manager from February 2016 to July 2017.
He studied at Katholieke Hogeschool Leuven, completing a Bachelor of Business Administration in 2013, and spent part of 2013 at Université Jean Moulin (Lyon III). He took an MBA in International Business Management at KU Leuven from 2013 to 2015 and a master's in International Business Management at Tecnológico de Monterrey from 2014 to 2015.
