Tibo Wiels

Tibo Wiels is a co-founder of BOND (YC X25) and its chief product officer, a role he has held since August 2025. He is based in Ghent.

Before that he worked as an AI engineer at SOLV from August 2023 to August 2025, and as a digital health consultant at HEALTHONAUTS in the first half of 2023. From September 2021 to July 2025 he was a technical ambassador for Fetch.ai, and between July 2022 and June 2023 he served as vice-president of BEAM. Earlier he held a student research and development job at Mevoco in 2020 and took part in Seeds for the Future at Huawei in July 2019.

Wiels studied at Ghent University, where he completed a bachelor's degree and a master's degree in electromechanical engineering between 2016 and 2021, followed by a master-after-master in biomedical engineering from 2020 to 2023. He also obtained a Master of Science in biomedical engineering at the University of Bern. He attended secondary school at Sint-Godelieve-Instituut Lennik.
