Tijl Coenen

Tijl Coenen is a co-founder of fyndera, a role he has held since September 2025, and is based in Brussels. Since January 2026 he has also been a go-to-market advisor at Inku. He co-founded Tectonic in December 2023, holding that role until December 2024, and has been with Tectonic again since January 2025.

Before that, Coenen worked at Deliverect, where he was a partner manager from July 2022 and then market lead for DACH from June 2023 until April 2024. Earlier in 2022 he worked in machine learning at Brainjar, and from June 2020 to August 2021 he was in strategic partner management at tink.

He studied applied economics at KU Leuven, completing a bachelor's degree in 2018 and a master's degree in business economics with a focus on entrepreneurship in 2019, followed by an advanced master's in artificial intelligence in 2022. He also studied business and managerial economics at Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin and spent an exchange in applied economics at the Université de Montréal.
