Tim Sterkens

Tim Sterkens is COO and a partner at madewithlove, based in Antwerp. He joined the company as COO in January 2018 and took up the partner role alongside it in April 2021.

Before that, he spent nearly four years at Bonka Circus, from February 2014 to December 2017, working across HR, finance and rights. From March 2006 to January 2014 he was an HR business partner and HR advisor at the Federal Public Service Health, Food Chain Safety and Environment. Earlier in his career he was a marketing assistant at Het Nieuwsblad and, from 2001 to 2005, an administrative assistant at SIMIM.

Sterkens attended Klein Seminarie Hoogstraten, following Latijn - Moderne Talen, and then took a master's degree in communication and media studies at KU Leuven, completing it in 2001. In 2004 and 2005 he studied Management in Muziek en Podiumkunsten at VLEKHO Business School Brussel.
