Timo Arnouts

Timo Arnouts is Chief Technology Officer at dockmate and is based in Boortmeerbeek. He joined Dockmate in November 2018 as a sales engineer, took on the role of senior support manager from October 2019, served as Chief Operating Officer from December 2020 to December 2024, and moved into the position of Chief Technology Officer in December 2024.

Before joining Dockmate, he worked at Switch - Apple Premium Reseller, where he was a business sales consultant from November 2016, a business sales advisor from July 2017 and an offer support analyst until October 2018. He began his career at Easy-m - Apple Premium Reseller in September 2014 in B2C sales, becoming a business sales consultant in February 2016.

He studied aerospace engineering at Delft University of Technology from 2006 to 2008, then took a bachelor's and a master's degree in industrial engineering, specialising in electromechanical engineering, at Lessius Campus De Nayer. His stated areas of expertise include communication, project management, business operations, cross-functional team leadership and ERP implementations.
