Tom Coen

Tom Coen is chief executive officer of Octiva, a role he has held since October 2021, and is based in Brussels. He has also been chief executive officer of Octinion since April 2009.

Before that, Coen was services manager at D square from 2008 until April 2009. Between July 2004 and November 2008 he worked as a research engineer at KU Leuven.

Coen studied at KU Leuven, where he completed a master in engineering sciences with a focus on datamining and automation between 1999 and 2004, and a PhD in engineering sciences from 2004 to 2009. He attended Onze-Lieve-Vrouwecollege from 1995 to 1999, following the Latin-Maths track.
