Tom Decker

Tom Decker is Chief Operating Officer of Aucxis RFID Solutions, a position he has held since November 2016. He is based in Stekene.

Decker joined Aucxis RFID Solutions in December 1999 as a software engineer and has spent his career there since, serving as Software Department Manager from January 2004 to December 2007, as ICT Department Manager from January 2008 to 2015, and as Chief Information Officer from January to October 2016 before taking up his current role. Prior to that, he worked as a software engineer at Dolmen Computer Applications from 1997 to 1999.

He obtained a bachelor's degree in Toegepaste Informatica at HOGENT between 1994 and 1997. He later completed a Mini-MBA masterclass in management at IFBD in 2016, a programme in financial management at the centrum voor avondonderwijs in 2018 and 2019, and the Advanced Management Program in Business Administration and Management at Vlerick Business School between November 2024 and September 2025.
