Ugur Biyik

Ugur Biyik is CEO of nnp-tech in Brussels, where he has also worked as an IT network, security, support and maintenance specialist since June 2019. Before that he was CEO and network engineer at DUX Media International BVBA from November 2017 to June 2019.

From August 2015 to October 2017 he was a computer and IT network security operations officer at the NATO Communications and Information Agency (NCI Agency). Earlier he held a series of technical posts in military information processing centres: IT support, maintenance and system administration at the Naval Headquarters Information Processing Center from 2012 to 2015; system administration and data backup and storage system administration from 2010 to 2012; IT network and security administration at the Naval Forces Command Information Processing Center from 2009 to 2010; data backup and storage and Sun Solaris system administration at the HQ And Communications Electronics Facilities Command Information Processing Center from 2006 to 2009; and IT support, maintenance, system and network administration at the Northern Sea Area Command Information Processing Center from 2001 to 2006.

He holds a master's degree in cyber security from Ufuk Üniversitesi, a bachelor's degree in business administration and management from Anadolu University and a bachelor's degree in computer engineering from the Communications, Electronics and Information System University. He began PhD studies in cyber security at Sakarya University in 2013.
