
Valery Guilleaume is the CEO and co-founder of Nodeum, which he co-founded in March 2016. He is based in Belgium.
He holds several other current positions. He has been chief executive officer of MT-C since August 2014 and chairman of its board since June 2012, he co-founded Phoenix Corporation in May 2012, and he has been a partner at JD Tax & Services since March 2009.
Guilleaume spent nine years at TI Automotive, joining in April 2005 as international IT auditor and security officer before becoming European and AsiaPac IT infrastructure manager from August 2007 to June 2014. Earlier he was a network infrastructure engineer at Smals-MvM from 2002 to 2005, and carried out project work at RTBF, the Belgian public radio and television broadcaster, on a monitoring system for its ICT infrastructure and on network topology and asset inventory software, as well as a collaborative documentation platform at Star-Apic in 1999.
He studied at HEPL - Haute Ecole de la Province de Liège, gaining a bachelor's degree and then a Master of Engineering in computer and telecom technology, after a year of civil engineering at the University of Liège.
