Vincent Dujardin

Vincent Dujardin is chief executive officer of AZA Battery, a role he took up in December 2025, and is based in Waterloo. Since May 2026 he has also been president of the board of Calcaires de la Sambre, and since 2024 he has been an investor and president at AJN Consulting and an advisory board member at Accelerant Consulting.

Between April 2024 and June 2025 he was CTO at Lhoist, and in 2023 he served as president of Advanced Refractories at Vesuvius and as a board member of easylZinc. From May 2017 to August 2022 he was president and chief executive officer of EverZinc.

His earlier career was largely spent with the Lhoist group. He joined Lhoist Europe as an industrial analyst in 1993 and moved to Lhoist Benelux, then held production management roles at Lhoist Industrie, was technical director of Lhoist Russia and of Rheinkalk GmbH, held vice-president and managing director positions at Lhoist North America from 2008 to 2014, and was VP and managing director of Lhoist Western Europe until February 2016. He was also plant manager at Carrières et Fours à Chaux de Dugny-sur-Meuse and a business coach at Faxe Kalk, and began his career as quarry deputy manager at Carrières et Fours à Chaux de Dumont-Wautier in 1991.

He studied civil engineering in mechanics and electricity at the Université Catholique de Louvain-la-Neuve from 1986 to 1991 and attended INSEAD in 2013 and 2014.
