Wannes Vermeulen
Wannes Vermeulen is Chief Technology Officer at orderBilly, a role he took up in October 2022. He is based in Gent. Since January 2020 he has also worked through State of Flux BV as a freelance tech lead, digital solution architect and creative developer.
He joined TBWA\Belgium in November 2015 as a creative developer, became technical lead in August 2018 and technical director in February 2019, remaining until April 2023. Before that he was at mortierbrigade, first as an intern from March 2012 and then as a creative technologist from July 2012 until November 2015.
Vermeulen studied at Koninklijk Atheneum Dendermonde from 2003 to 2009 and took a bachelor's degree in Devine, Digital Design and Media, at HOWEST Hogeschool West-Vlaanderen between 2009 and 2012.
