Wim Decraene

Wim Decraene is chief executive officer of GeoSquare Belgium, a role he took up in September 2025. He is based in Brussels.

Before joining GeoSquare Belgium, he was a business and strategy advisor at Granstudio from January to July 2025, and CEO of Agio Group from January 2022 to April 2025. During 2021 he was director of services at RENSON Ventilation - Sunprotection - Outdoor, and from September 2018 to February 2021 he was CEO of Nayan.

Decraene spent much of his career at Accenture. He joined as a management consultant in 1998, and after a period away returned in 2006 as a senior manager in financial services, then served as managing director of Accenture Strategy BeLux from 2010 and of Accenture Digital BeLux from 2014 until August 2018. Between those spells he was operations manager at Mutual Guarantee Financing Company Plc. and a post-merger integration project manager at Santander UK.

He studied business engineering at KU Leuven, spent a year on management IT systems at the University of Glasgow, and completed executive education programmes at London Business School in 2014 and 2018.
