Wim Farasyn

Wim Farasyn is a founding partner and managing director of Lanark, based in Antwerp, a role he has held since July 2018. Since May 2020 he has also sat on the board of PICS Belgium, the APICS Premier Channel Partner in Belgium, and between June 2020 and February 2022 he was a business mentor at Ambits.

Before founding Lanark he spent the first half of 2018 as supply chain and logistics manager at Wolf Oil Corporation. At Duracell he was EIMEA physical distribution leader from March 2016 and then EIMEA logistics operations manager through to December 2017. He joined Procter & Gamble in August 2004 in market planning, then held roles as project manager for Western European physical distribution, warehousing area lead for Western European physical distribution processes and systems, operations leader of the Bournemouth distribution centre, and EIMEA Duracell warehousing and transportation transition leader.

He was president of the Board of European Students of Technology from 2002 to 2003. He studied at Sint-Jozefscollege Izegem, took a Master of Science in engineering, material science and metallurgy at KU Leuven from 1996 to 2001, and completed a digital transformation programme at Vlerick Business School in 2021.
