Xavier Breuer
Xavier Breuer is the owner of Electronics Engineering - Consult and Design, a business he founded in July 2010 and runs from Liège.
He graduated from the University of Liège in 1998 as an ingénieur civil électricien, specialising in electronics, having begun his studies there in 1993. He joined DELTATEC as an application engineer in August 1998, and moved in February 1999 to CE+T, where he was an R&D project manager until October 2005. He then spent five years at Instrumentation Difra as R&D manager, from October 2005 to September 2010, a period that overlapped with the start of his own consultancy.
