Xavier Dubois

Xavier Dubois is Managing Director of BeWeee, a role he has held since July 2022, and is based in Brussels. Since November 2021 he has also been part of the Belgian Community at BoardCompanions.

Before joining BeWeee, he spent nearly three years at Recupel as Operations Project Manager and SDG coordinator, from August 2019 to June 2022. He was a Project Manager at TriFinance from April 2008 to July 2019, and before that Supply Chain Manager at Clearwire and Customer Service Manager at Hecht SA. Earlier roles include intercompany manager at DHL in 2003, Customer Service Manager at Dr. Oetker from 1999 to 2003, product manager at Mersen from 1994 to 1999, and technical internal sales at Safic-Alcan Necarbo B.V. from 1990 to 1994. He began his career with the Belgian Defence, serving from May 1985 to September 1990 as a para-commando battery lieutenant.

Dubois holds a master's degree in sciences commerciales from Ichec Brussels Management School, where he also completed studies in financial management and digital marketing. He took a certification in gouvernance et droits des sociétés at the Université catholique de Louvain, and began a corporate strategy for board members programme at INSEAD in January 2025. His further training includes the Controller Excellence Program at TriFinance, coaching at Innerlink, Lean practitioner training with The Lean Six Sigma Company, and Prince2.
