Xavier Kluyskens

Xavier Kluyskens is a co-founder of pb-plus and is based in Ghent. He took up that role in April 2015, having founded Banlieue Gantoise in October 2014, an organisation he also continues to run. He studied at Ghent University between 2012 and 2015.
