Xavier Van Looy

Xavier Van Looy is chief executive officer of Falcon Automation, a role he took up in April 2026, and is based in Brasschaat. Since October 2020 he has also been a founding partner of BraveHub Groep.

He began his career in 1996 as an analyst and project leader at Computer Support Services, Inc., then joined EY in 1998 as a business consultant in financial services. In 2000 he moved to Capgemini, where he worked as a senior business consultant in financial services and later as an account manager until 2006. He was a founding partner of TOBIUS from 2006 to 2014, with responsibility for finance and HR, and subsequently a founding partner and CFO of Tobania from 2014 to 2017. Between February 2017 and October 2020 he took a career break devoted to private projects and investments.

He states expertise in interim management, turnaround management, business growth strategies, operational efficiency and performance improvement. He holds a master's degree in T.E.W. from Hasselt University, completed in 1994.
