
Yanis Kyriakides
Yanis Kyriakides is the CEO and co-founder of e-Origin, a company he started in December 2019, and is based in Zaventem. Since September 2019 he has chaired the Belgian mirror committee for ISO TC307 on blockchain and distributed ledger technologies at NBN - Bureau voor Normalisatie - Bureau de Normalisation, and in September 2016 he founded Chainge digital, which he still runs.
From October 2016 to December 2020 he worked at Proximus as a project and product manager covering the internet of things and Industry 4.0. Before that he was a senior project manager at Jems Benelux from 2014 to 2016, a project manager at Trasys in 2013 and 2014, and a project manager at Spring Mobile Solutions from 2011 to 2013. He began his career at Siemens, where he was a project engineer in industrial solutions automation and drives for the pulp and paper industry from 1998, later a project engineer and then a project manager and consultant in industrial solutions IT until June 2011.
He studied at the Ecole Centrale des Arts et Métiers in Brussels (ECAM), graduating in 1998 with a master's degree as an electromechanical industrial engineer.
