Youri Itterbeek
Youri Itterbeek is the CEO of nuuro, a role he has held since 2024, and is based in Brussels.
He spent much of his earlier career at Hamamatsu Photonics Europe, where he worked as a sales engineer from January 2008 until 2024 and as business development manager between 2020 and 2023. He was also managing partner of Adomus from 2012 to 2019 and a partner in Home Gourmet from 2015 to 2017.
Itterbeek began his career with an internship as a project engineer at RTL-TVI from February to June 2006, followed by a period in technical sales support at Festo from October 2006 to December 2007. He was an entrepreneur at Getyoo from 2006 to 2008.
He holds a BSc in electronic engineering from HELB-ULB, obtained in 2006, and studied part-time for an MBA at Solvay Brussels School between January 2009 and January 2011, completing a Master of Business Administration and Executive Master in Management at Solvay Brussels School of Economics and Management in 2011.
