Zeynel Aras

Zeynel Aras is the founder of digimads, a company he started in April 2021, and is based in Genk. He lists interviewing, communication, negotiation, recruitment and headhunting among his areas of expertise. He is also engaged by BrightWolves as a freelance recruiter for digital and data transformation consultants, from November 2025 to March 2026.

From March 2022 to February 2024 he was a senior IT buyer for contract-based software engineers at BNP Paribas Fortis. Before founding digimads he spent two years at Hackages as a recruiter and business manager, and prior to that he was an IT recruitment consultant at TEKsystems from August 2017 to May 2019. He was general manager of Aras & Aras bvba between September 2016 and July 2017, and from January 2014 to September 2016 he negotiated with C-level management for the liberal trade union ACLVB as bestendig secretaris. In 2012 he completed an internship at the Embassy of Belgium in Buenos Aires.

Aras holds a Master of Laws in International and European Law from the Vrije Universiteit Brussel, obtained between 2010 and 2012.
