Zilfi Balci

Zilfi Balci is the CEO of MyNursingAngel, a role she has held since March 2022, and is based in Brussels. She has also been an administrateur of Cinemamed since August 2017, and sat on the committee of the Société Belge des Infirmiers en Oncologie from October 2020 to June 2025.

Her career has been in nursing. From January 2017 to September 2022 she was a coordinating nurse in oncology and in haematology at the Institut Jules Bordet, having spent the preceding months, from September 2016 to January 2017, as a coordinating nurse in oncological care at Hopital Cavell and at the Groupe hospitalier CHIREC. Between May 2011 and July 2016 she was a coordinating nurse in oncology at Hopital Saint Pierre. She began at Hopital Erasme, working as a nurse from 2002 to December 2010 and then as an organ transplant coordinating nurse until April 2011.

Balci trained as a nurse at Haute Ecole Prigogine from 1996 to 2000, and later took further qualifications in oncology at EPFC, in algology at Haute Ecole Prigogine and in oncology coordination at Haute Ecole Parnasse Isei. She studied at HELB - Haute Ecole Libre de Bruxelles Ilya Prigogine from 2018 to October 2022.
