Trikker Acquisition 2025

TLDR

On 26 March 2025, Anchr Software acquired 100 percent of Trikker from Bluebits BVBA, the holding company of founders Kurt De Vocht and Cathy Bogaerts, in a deal that began as a sale process in September 2024.

Overview

The acquisition is Anchr's first step into software for construction and installation companies and brings Trikker's 14,000-plus active electrician users into the Anchr Software portfolio. Anchr, a portfolio company of private-equity fund Strada Partners, plans to expand Trikker beyond Belgium and France into the Netherlands, Germany, and other European markets, transition the product to a subscription model, and invest in new features and integrations. Kurt De Vocht stayed on for the technical handover, while Cathy Bogaerts stepped out of operational management shortly after closing.

The deal value was not disclosed.
