The briefing is done. You've negotiated the deal and signed the creator. Now comes the conversation that decides everything: the brainstorm! Up to now the campaign lived on paper. The brainstorm is where it comes to life. Together with your creator, you transform the briefing into video concepts that both of you genuinely believe in, before anyone hits record. Get this session right and the content lands. Skip it, and you might spend the next three weeks in revisions. Five things every brainstorm should cover: 1. Bring your own creative ideas to the table. This provides clear direction to the creator 2. Set clear do's and don'ts up front (or repeat them from the briefing) 3. Leave room for the creator's own take. It's the reason you picked them. 4. Walk through the deadlines together, live. 5. Send a recap the same day, so nothing gets lost. Swipe through for the full breakdown → Want to go deeper?
