Puratos on why field sales love SAP Sales Cloud even more since I've joined 😉 🎥
Field teams don't struggle because they don't care about CRM. They struggle because updating the CRM eats the time they'd rather spend with customers.
For Puratos, that means I'm prepping reps before every visit wit the right insights, so they walk in knowing the open orders, the complaints, the full history. And capturing everything after, so the fresh insights from each conversation actually make it into SAP, instead of getting lost on the drive to the next stop. I'm building a foundation for AI with insights and smart actions, delivered back to the rep and the business - truly closing the loop.
