Yes, working with governments is complex, but for us, complexity has always been the job. I'm proud of our first major project with the Belgian government. I would like to thank our customer Office des étrangers - Dienst Vreemdelingenzaken for the trust and open, hands-on collaboration.
In The Pocket's way of working was welcomed and paid off: full focus on the end user, a multidisciplinary team plugged in to the mission and pervasive use of AI.
We have a lot more challenging government work in the pipe and I look forward to bringing the true power of technology to citizens and civil servants. There should never have to be a failed IT-project anymore.
