Every internal AI-initiative I see popping up at In The Pocket is more stunning than the previous. We've been building the culture, the org and the infrastructure to become AI-native and things are really starting to click into place.
We weren't satisfied with the security, sovereignty and pricing of existing tools, so we built our own meeting transcription platform in 2 weeks time. Yes, it works, it's safe and it's fully integrated.
The ability to ship software at the speed of light is something we bring to our customers, but now it's also available to us. So the question becomes: what company do we want to build?
Personally, I love this explosion of strategic options that AI has caused...
